We provide strength and frequency calculation sheets for each individual thermowell in accordance with the ANSI/ASME PTC19.3 standard, and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the calculation results.

In terms of patents, the company has obtained over 30 various patents. Among them, our flagship products have been patented, including COT (Coil Outlet Temperature) special thermocouples and anti-erosion thermowells for cracking furnaces, multi-point flexible thermocouples, COT surface thermocouples, thermocouples with leak-isolating sealed safety pressure devices, wear-resistant thermocouples, and high-pressure thermocouples. The Research and Application of Special Thermocouples for Cracking Furnace Outlet Temperature (COT) Measurement passed professional achievement appraisal and won the Science and Technology Award of the Petroleum and Chemical Automation Industry in 2014.

The company primarily manufactures temperature instruments of various specifications, including COT thermocouples and thermowells, COT surface thermocouples, multi-point flexible thermocouples, high-temperature thermocouples for sulfur recovery units, high-pressure thermocouples/RTDs for hydrocracking units, high-temperature thermocouples for gasifiers, surface thermocouples, wear-resistant thermocouples/RTDs, bed temperature thermocouples for power stations, low-temperature RTDs, and low-temperature thermocouples. Additionally, we produce and supply bimetallic thermometers, flanges of various pressure classes (Class 75 to Class 2500), thermowells of various specifications, and threaded connections.
