    一、quality policy:

    1、In order to achieve the goal of improving customer satisfaction, ensure that customer needs and expectations are determined and transformed into requirements for products and services, the quality policy is determined as follows:

       We use advanced technology and equipment to produce products that satisfy customers, maintain the vitality of the company with the best quality and highest efficiency, and realize our commitment to customers with customers as the focus.

    2、This policy is compatible and coordinated with the overall business policy, which is an important part of the business policy. It reflects the commitment to meet requirements and continuous improvement.

    3、This policy is the framework for formulating and reviewing quality objectives, the general quality purpose and direction, and the driving force for implementing and improving the quality management system.

    4、The quality policy is the code of action and work guide for all employees, which must be correctly understood and resolutely implemented.

    二、Quality objectives:

    1.To ensure the realization of the quality policy, the general quality objectives are formulated:

      a)“The one-time acceptance rate of products reaches 98%;

      b)“The qualification rate of products out of the company is 100%“;

      c)“Customer satisfaction rate 93%”。

    2.In order to ensure the realization of the general objectives, the general objectives shall be broken down according to the assignment of responsibilities, and the quality objectives of each functional level shall be specified:

      1)Quality objectives of the Technology Department;

        The preparation of operation instructions for key processes in production shall reach 100%.

      2)Quality objectives of the Quality Inspection Department;

        a)The disposal of nonconforming products is 100%.

        b)Zero errors and omissions;

        c)The regular verification rate of monitoring and measuring devices is 100%.

      3)Quality objectives of the Production Department;

        a) Training for operators affecting product quality 100%;

        b) Regular identification of equipment during production 100%;

        c) The one-time acceptance rate of products reaches 98%;

        d) 100% of the suppliers listed in the list of qualified suppliers are evaluated.

      4)Quality Objectives of Sales Department:

       Provide satisfactory service for customers and measure. Send satisfaction evaluation form to all customers every year. The recovery rate is above 85%. If the satisfaction rate fails to meet the overall quality goal, conduct statistical analysis and formulate improvement measures.

      5)Office quality objectives:

        Improve the quality awareness and business technical ability of all staff, and the implementation rate of planned training is 100%.

      6)Workshop and warehouse quality objectives:

        The site is clean and tidy, with clear signs.
