一、purpose

WSS □ - series bimetallic thermometer is a kind of industrial instrument for on-site detection, which can directly read the temperature of the measured gas, liquid and steam from the reading plate. It is suitable for on-site temperature measurement and control in the medium and low temperature environment of petrochemical, mine, metallurgy, textile, military, pharmaceutical, food and other departments. This series of products has the advantages of sensitive response, easy reading, vibration resistance, no mercury hazard, stable performance, long service life, IP65 enclosure protection grade, etc. It can be widely used as an alternative to industrial mercury in glass thermometers.

二、structure

The bimetal thermometer consists of bimetal temperature sensing element, supporting tube, connecting device, indicator panel, etc. The bimetal temperature sensing element is made of multiple coils of straight spiral bimetal, with one end fixed and the other end (free end) connected to the mandrel. When the temperature changes, the free end of the temperature sensing element rotates, and the mandrel drives the pointer to indicate the temperature of the measured medium on the indicator panel. Bimetal thermometers can be divided into axial type (angle type), radial type (diameter) and universal type according to the structure; According to its functions, it can be divided into four types: ordinary type (single indicator), live contact, remote transmission function and luminous.

·The length of the support tube immersed in the measured medium is generally greater than 100mm to ensure the accuracy of measurement.

·The diameter of the dial is Φ 60, the maximum surface temperature is 400 ℃.

six、Use and maintenance

1、During the storage, use and installation of bimetallic thermometer, it is required to avoid colliding with the supporting tube, bending and deformation of the supporting tube and using the case wrench.

2、All kinds of bimetallic thermometers should not be used to measure the medium temperature in open containers. Thermometers with live contacts are not allowed to work under strong vibration, so as not to affect the reliability of contacts.

3、When the pressure is greater than 1.5MPa, JX series protective tubes shall be selected.

1、When ordering, the product model, measuring range, connection method and specification, insertion depth, shell diameter, accuracy class, outer diameter of support pipe, etc. must be indicated.
