    1、Anti theft：After the pressure gauge is removed, even if the primary valve is fully open, the measured medium (such as oil, liquefied gas, water, etc.) will not flow out. Minimize losses.

    2、quarantine：When the measured medium is easy to freeze and coagulate, inject isolating liquid (such as glycerin, antifreeze, etc.) into the connecting pipe to isolate the measured medium from the pressure gauge and prevent freezing. At this time, the shock absorption and isolation connecting pipe of the pressure gauge are equivalent to an isolation cylinder, but its price is low and its function is superior to that of the isolation cylinder.

    3、shock absorption：Due to the special structure in the nozzle, the impact of the sharp fluctuation of the measured pressure on the pressure gauge can be weakened and slowed down, thus extending the service life of the pressure gauge.

    4、When the primary valve cannot be closed, the pressure gauge can be replaced under pressure, which is very beneficial to the detection process.

    1、pressure：The gauge pressure can be 0.3-9.0MPa at low pressure and 10.0-20.0MPa at high pressure.

    2、temperature：The ambient temperature is - 40 ℃~+180 ℃, and the range of application is wider if the appropriate isolating liquid is selected.

    3、medium：Common media in petroleum refining, chemical industry, oil field and other industries are basically applicable. The connecting pipe is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti. Material requirements can be put forward for special corrosive media.

    4、Spacer：The appropriate isolating liquid must be selected according to the ambient temperature and the characteristics of the measured medium. If the measured medium is water, it can be directly used in normal temperature environment; Glycerin and ethylene glycol antifreeze medium shall be selected as the isolating liquid when measuring in an environment below 0 ℃ to avoid freezing damage to the pressure gauge.

3、install

The connecting pipe of the pressure gauge can replace the existing isolating cylinder and elbow of the pressure gauge. But it must be installed vertically to the ground.
